Conservatory Policies
- Private lessons are held weekly with a month-to-month commitment. To receive a make-up credit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a make-up or refund
- Ongoing group classes require a wo-month minimum enrollme and continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter.
- When enrolling in a multi-week course, you are committing to the full duration of the course. If you miss a scheduled class, that session will be forfeited and cannot be made up or refunded, as the class time has been reserved specifically for you.
- If your instructor needs to miss a scheduled class or lesson, you will receive a credit applied to your next month’s tuition.
